Privacy Policy

The only thing we're truly secretive about is the front door. Your personal details get none of that mystery — here's exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect

When you book a spot through the form on our home page, you hand us a name, an email address, a date, the room you'd like, and whether it's your first visit. That's the whole list. We don't ask for your address, your ID, or anything to do with payment through the site — the clock and the counter handle that in person.

Why we keep it

We use those details for one job: holding your seat and emailing you the week's password so you can get in. If you tick "tour me in," we flag your booking so the staff know to walk you through the entrance before your first hour starts. We don't sell the list, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the venue.

Cookies

The site runs light. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and there's no third-party analytics pixel watching you scroll. Your browser may store the usual technical basics needed to load pages and remember your settings; nothing there identifies you to us or to anyone else.

How long it stays

Booking entries live in a simple log so we can honour reservations and sort out any mix-ups. Once a booking is well past and there's no reason to keep it, we clear it out. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask at the counter or reply to the email that carried your password — we'll take them out, no interrogation required.

Your say

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely. We'd rather you play than paperwork, so we keep these requests quick and human. Questions about this policy go to the same place as everything else here: the desk behind the bookshelf.
